Refund Policy
At ROK Cleaning, we strive to provide top-quality cleaning services and ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, we understand that situations can arise where a refund may be necessary. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand our terms.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning service we have provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will promptly address your concerns by re-cleaning the specific areas at no additional cost. If you still feel unsatisfied after the re-cleaning, we will issue a refund for the service.
2. Refunds for Cancellations

Cancellations 48 hours or more in advance: Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will not be charged any cancellation fee, and any deposit or payment made will be fully refunded.

Cancellations within 48 hours: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded.

No-show Fee: If our team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to access the premises or if a client is not present (without prior notice), a no-show fee equal to 100% of the service cost will be charged.
3. Special Cleaning Requests & Emergencies
In the event of a special cleaning request or emergency that leads to cancellation or changes to the original service plan, we will work with you to accommodate your needs. Please note that additional fees may apply, and refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the request.
4. Refunds for Prepaid Services
For any services that have been prepaid or booked in advance, refunds will be issued based on the cancellation terms outlined above. If you request a refund after the service has been completed and is deemed satisfactory, we will be unable to issue a refund.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval. Payments will be returned using the original payment method (credit card, debit card, check, etc.).
